Enclosed in this short animation are the mindfulness 'wisdoms of the ages.' Definitions of mindfulness as spoken by some of the most trusted pioneers and practitioners of the mindful movement and spread over some 40 years.
Mindfulness, as is all good things, is a journey and not a destination and we can choose any one of these quotes as a 'travel buddy', depending on how far we are on that journey.
Sometimes all we need is an arm on our shoulder or a kind word to make our day. This is a 5 minute lesson about kindness that can, if you put your mind to it, last a lifetime - it costs nothing to be kind.

What makes a great leader? How can we hone our leadership skills? This is a great session for all the family to be a part of. Build your leadership tree and read what you've written on it's leaves. Try to copy one thing everyday and watch as your leadership skills grow.
We don't have to sit and meditate for hours. All we need is1minute to recharge, then we can get on with our day. Try this 1 minute meditation with the whole family! 60 seconds that's all it takes to feel calm, relaxed and invigorated.
